This is a 1982 Hallmark Models import, crafted by Dong Jin in Korea. The box has minor shelf wear, with one corner taped. It comes with spare parts, a tender insert, a foam coal load, and an unpainted oil bunker. Recently serviced, the old gearbox grease has been removed and replaced. A Digitrax DCC system is installed and programmed to the road number. The custom paint job shows some wear but is still in decent condition. Note that the previous owner installed a sound decoder, leaving a disconnected speaker in the tender.

Using Your Hallmark Model Train
First, make sure your train is properly connected to the power source. If you're using the Digitrax DCC system, follow the programming instructions to set it up. Start the train at a slow speed to test its operation. If you notice any hesitation, try adjusting the speed gradually.
When it comes to maintenance, keep the train clean. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and debris. Every once in a while, check the gearbox and lubricate it if needed, just like we did during the recent service. If you want to use the sound system, you'll need to reconnect the speaker in the tender.
Remember, this is a delicate model. When handling it, be gentle to avoid any damage. If you're shipping it, it will be packed safely, but make sure to follow the shipping guidelines provided. And if you have any questions or issues, don't hesitate to contact us.
