This is an outstanding HO brass model expertly scratch-built by Joe G. Collias to match the Missouri Pacific No. 6416 4-6-2 specifications. The Hallmark box, without the foam, shows some shelf wear like torn corners and scuffing. There are no spare parts. The chassis comes from a Fujiyama 4-6-2 but has been modified. The boiler and cab have extensive modifications and details. The tender seems mostly scratch-built and might have roots in other imported MP models. It features an oil bunker and is detailed with road number-specific safety appliances. Recently serviced, the old gearbox grease was removed and replaced, and a new drive tube was installed. This model is a great addition to any steam-era Mopac modeler's collection. Brand: Scratch Built by Joe G. Collias. Part Number: N/A. Condition: C-7 Excellent. Wheel Wear: Minimal. Using this model is straightforward. Just connect it to an analog DC power source and it should run well. When handling, be gentle as it's a fragile brass model. For maintenance, keep an eye on the wheel wear, which is currently minimal. Every once in a while, check the gearbox. If you notice excessive noise (it currently has a moderate motor/gearbox noise level of 4 out of 10), you may need to clean and grease it like it was recently serviced. Store it in the provided Hallmark box and bubblewrap when not in use to protect it from damage. Remember, it doesn't have a coupler on the tender and has a cast swing coupler on the locomotive pilot, so be careful when attaching other parts. Also, since it's unpainted and has some tarnish due to the lack of finish on the brass, avoid exposing it to harsh environments that could cause further tarnishing.
